Mavyn is redefining the rules in the way road transportation has traditionally worked in India for the last 50 years. Our aim is to provide a simple and transparent model of cargo transportation while offering a strong value proposition to both truckers & shippers. 
Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who can accelerate growth as a State Head based at Gurgaon. Primary responsibility of this role will be to create brand awareness of the company and gaining traction among the shippers to drive overall top-line with profitability. This role includes directly working with co-founders of the company and startegize gain market share.
Key Responsibilities:
  • In-charge of maximizing sales of the company and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
  • Execute the sales strategy of the company and take responsibility of achieving the assigned targets. 
  • Meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly.  
  • Manage any challenge or crisis in the implementation of annual sales. 
  • Ensure that each team member meets individual goals and the overall sales goal of the company.
  • Hold regular meetings and discussions with State Managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule. 
  • Ensure clarity of common objectives, which he must disseminate to State/District Managers.
  • A candidate having mentioned skills can apply : Team Player, Entrepreneurial-ship, Result-Oriented, Interpersonal Communication, Management and Negotiation Skills, Experience in Team Handling, Resilient to deliver in Startup.
Desired Candidates:
  • Have a minimum of 5-7 years experience working as a Zonal Manager. 
  • Worked in startup is preferred.
  • Post Graduated from a good engineering college. 
  • Coach and train sales personnel.
  • Willingness to work in different parts of the Country.
  • Excellent command over spoken Hindi and English.
  • Extensive travelling across country.
  • Prior team management experience is a must.
