Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who can accelerate growth as a State Head based at Gurgaon. Primary responsibility of this role will be to create brand awareness of the company and gaining traction among the shippers to drive overall topline with profitability. This role includes directly working with co-founders of the company and startegize gain market share.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Retaining existing customer's business and developing new business to achieve Budget Targets for assigned Territories.
  • Preparing quotations for assigned Territories. 
  • Identify the opportunities in distribution network and create strategies for growth.
  • Schedule and conduct regular customer meetings to discuss customer-specific issues/reviews.
  • Responsible for customer relationships, ensuring that all customer requirements are identified.
  • Ensuring submission of Bills and Collection of Payments through Team.
  • Ensure clarity of common objectives, which must aligned to State Managers.
  • A candidate having mentioned skills can apply: Interpersonal Communication, Result Oriented, Resilient to deliver in Startup, Negotiation Skills
Desired Candidates:
  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years experience working as a capacity of Manager. 
  • Worked in startup is preferred.
  • Post Graduated from a good engineering college. 
  • Coach and train sales personnel.
  • Willingness to work in different parts of the States.
  • Excellent command over spoken Hindi and English.
  • Extensive travelling across state.
  • Prior team management experience is a must.
