Mavyn is a young digital trucking start up. We are a technology focused company providing inter-state B2B cargo transportation services across major industrial hubs.
 
What do we do? 
Mavyn is redefining the rules in the way road transportation has traditionally worked in India for the last 50 years. Our aim is to provide a simple and transparent model of cargo transportation while offering a strong value proposition to both truckers & shippers. 
 
Job Profile
This is a unique and challenging opportunity to work in digital trucking environment and drive sales growth by adding shippers to our digital platform. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with shippers and advising them on issues related to the market & offering solutions for the same.
  • Acquiring SME & MME customers by penetrating into the markets as well as churning customers from competitors 
  • Ensuring timely collections from Shippers.
Desired Candidates:
  • Graduate with total experience of 1-2 years sales 
  • Having a prior experience in startup is prefered. 
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
  • Self starter, relentless hardworker to achieve targets, not afraid of rejections/cold calls
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Should have own conveyance for local transport
