Indian trucking industry is in 3th generation of its cycle and bring competitiveness in the sector. Digitalisation is playing a prime factor in shaping it. It is in its starting phase where very few companies are making it happen like Mavyn which is the only digital organization in India.

Paperless – Trucking companies are working paperless i:e without having any printed stationary from shipment booking to delivery to bill submitted to payments received. Every document is digitally prepared and is accessed through App.

Faceless – Companies are providing services entirely faceless where no manpower is involved neither at origin nor at destination point.

Digital Payments – In traditional trucking, advances needs to be paid to truckers in cash for fuel, diesel and enroute expenses but now all transactions are made digitally.
Digitalisation is changing Indian logistics industry but at a slow pace. It will take 5 to 7 years to move from unorganised to organised space.
