Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner with 2–4 years of experience to drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Candidates must hold an MBA in HR with strong English communication skills. (Male candidates only)
Job Responsibility

Act as the HR point of contact for specific
business units or locations
·
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
processes
·
Drive employee engagement and retention
activities
·
Manage performance appraisal process and
feedback systems
·
Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary
issues
·
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company
HR policies
·
Prepare and maintain HR reports, documentation,
and MIS
·
Liaison with payroll team and support HR
operations across multiple locations
·
Conduct regular site visits and employee connect
activities
Skills
·
Excellent verbal and written communication in
English
·
Strong understanding of core HR functions
(recruitment, ER, compliance)
·
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and
HRIS tools
·
